From the field to the stem.
A former pro athlete, a gap nobody was closing, and an agency built to close it.

After the last season.
Mark Herndon played professional football. When his last season ended, he faced the question every athlete eventually does: what comes after the game?
The answer started with a social media post. It pulled him into tech and startups, beginning in Web3. The deeper he went, the clearer the gap became. The people building the future and the people shaping culture weren’t in the same room.
He built ST3M to put them there.
Why the stem.
Two influences shaped the name: Steve Jobs and Apple, and Web3, where Mark’s career in tech began.
The stem is the part of the apple that feeds the fruit. It gives it what it needs to grow into something good.
That is still the job. We give brands and creators what they need to grow: commerce, collaboration, and capital.
Where tech met culture.
The first NFT in the Super Bowl.
ST3M helped put Web3 on the biggest stage in American sports.
Bored Ape Yacht Club × A Bathing Ape.
Mark brought a Web3 community and a streetwear institution together in one collaboration.
Faith and the work.
Mark is driven by his faith in Jesus. He believes he is here with a purpose, and that the creativity God gave him is meant to be used.
Helping brands and creators bring their ideas to life is where he uses it.
Thousands of brands. Thousands of creatives.
That’s the vision: helping them reach what they set out to build. Bring us yours.
